I was recently accepted into the Teacher Ranger Teacher (TRT) program at Grand Canyon National Park for Summer 2010.
This is an 8 week program run by the National Park Service to primarily reach out to Title I (low income) schools and urban youth who may find themselves with less opportunity to connect with the outdoors.
I plan to post pics of the experience, as well as lesson plans and bibliographies related to environmental education and  to Grand Canyon itself. Stay tuned.
